We are proud to share the news of our collaboration with De Surinaamsche Bank in South America 🇸🇷. As of May 2020, the bank in Suriname is offering financial services via video banking - thanks to 24sessions video calls.
De Surinaamsche Bank is the largest commercial bank of Suriname, with an extensive network of branches throughout the country. The bank now offers financial services via video calling to clients in Retail Banking, Private Banking and Corporate Banking. Relationship managers will start using video calls to improve sales results by establishing more personal connections with their clients.
One of De Surinaamsche Bank’s most important assets is the personal approach of its employees. Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, however, Suriname is currently in lockdown. By starting with video calling as a new channel for customer contact, the bank can continue to provide a personal service to clients - in a digital and innovative way. Saskia van Diepenbos, Consultant at De Surinaamsche Bank, explains:
Video Banking fits completely in our strategy aiming to optimise our client services and further expand our digital channels. It is a perfect way to keep close personal contact with our customers even though it is at a distance.
We at 24sessions feel honoured to supply Suriname’s biggest commercial bank with the technology they need to stay connected and innovate interaction with Banking customers. We are looking forward to a strong and successful collaboration!
