We're proud to announce our first collaboration with a Dutch municipality! 🇳🇱 The City of Utrecht is taking the lead in communicating with citizens via video.
In September the first video calls were made in the city’s client contact center - for coaching students, permit requests and for information on wedding preparations. Utrecht is aiming to expand digital communication with citizens, by adding more and more channels to its digital services.
We feel honoured that 24sessions video calls are now helping to bring the city closer to its citizens!
